I will use two vials from the test kit, Vial A and Vial B. Why two? Because there are so many steroids and two vials will allow distinguishing better between various steroids. Some steroids might give similar color in vial B but different in vial A. I draw only a small amount one drop is enough for each test vial. We have brownish orange in vial A and orange in B. We still need to see the colors of vial B under UV light to see good fluorescence. The color under UV is greenish yellow. If you dropped more you will see blue residue. The blue residue indicates presence of one of the 4 esters.
