It is very simple you drop a little of your sample, there is a little of test reagent so you drop less. One or a few drops from syringe are enough. You can see that the initial color gets almost immediately orange - red for oil and raw powder in both A and B vial. But this is not indication of testosterone cypionate or any other hormone presence yet. We need to do UV test, we need 365 nm UV light. Both vials A and B give bright green fluorescence under 365 nm UV light. It is indication that it is indeed testosterone cypionate. No fluorescence would mean that there is no hormone inside. If you get different fluorescence color it means that your sample is different steroid. Also mixing with other steroids would produce different fluorescence color.
